Thirteen dogs were electrocuted in the British town of Ampleforth when a high-voltage cable fell on their kennel as a result of storm Dudley. In its fall, a fallen tree took an 11 kilovolt cable with it, which then ended up on the animal enclosures. As a result, the lofts came under power. This is reported by various British media.
