Thijs Zeeman thinks Glennis Grace is a beast: ‘What a l*l story!’

Thijs Zeeman finds it exhausting that Glennis Grace is now playing the victim role again. She says her role in the Jumbo brawl has been hyped up by the media. “What a l*l story!”

Robbert Rodenburg has a new talk show in which he uncritically lets two other Dutch celebrities run empty every week in an Italian villa. This time it is the turn of Whitney Houston impersonator Glennis Grace, who was convicted last year of public violence and assault after her bizarre misconduct in an Amsterdam Jumbo branch.

Victim role

Glennis has completed her community service, wants to get back to work and what does she do? Blaming the media in Robbert Rodenburg’s talk show. Her image consultant clearly hasn’t completed his or her LOI course.

The singer grumbles at Robbert: “I do understand that people are disappointed, especially when they hear – by the way – ‘what happened’. But it was so much more than that, than what was told in the media. (…) Worst of all, people now have an image of you that just isn’t right.”

Heavily overwhelmed

huh? Glennis has been sentenced harshly, hasn’t he? And she is now trying to pass that on to the media? “I can only say: what I have done has been greatly exaggerated and people do not know that. I understand that an image has been created. I did something out of the emotion of a mother’s heart.”

Glennis pretends all the time that mother is a synonym for completely unhinged tokkie women, but the readers of Kek Mama don’t walk through the supermarket like hooligans either, do they? “I am a mother and I can tell you one thing about motherhood… That is just a very dangerous love.”

Thijs is pissed

Thijs Zeeman, star presenter at RTL, is really tired of that woman. “She again suggests that if people really knew what happened in the Jumbo, we would understand her better. She forgets that all the footage was shown in court and that it only gave one clear picture: Glenda and her posse behaved like animals.”

Telegraaf presenter Wilson Boldewijn answers X: “And I feel sorry for her again. Still poking it again, it wasn’t really my fault.”

L*lstories

Glenda has to stop with this, says Thijs. “Precisely. Apparently memories soon fade with Glenda. It does not have to be carried on for years, everyone deserves a second chance, of course. But don’t keep coming up with this kind of l*l stories, while everyone in the courtroom could see what they did.”

What does he think of her? “So silly.”
