The American Ben Ogden is finally going to succeed after qualifying in the sprint, also in the heats.

– I’ve done everything I can to make sure that doesn’t happen again, says Ogden.
This season, he was second in qualifying for the Davos sprint and fifth in the heats. In Trondheim, the victory of the qualifier changed instead of ninth in the round.
In the last snow, the qualifying win in Les Rousses was followed by ninth place, the fourth place in Val di Fiemme’s qualifying was followed by seventeenth place, and in Lillehammer the pole position changed to 17th place.
The skier changed his step marks for the basic training season 2025 from the previous ones in order to eliminate the problem.
– I have done slightly longer exercises and more repetitions. However, I would say that the results are not about physics.
The man takes his own initiative and brings out the lacking eye for the game.
– Tactics in the sprint stage is still the biggest challenge for me.

– I am ready to take the next podium on Saturday in Val di Fiemme.

– I’ve been thinking all summer about different tactics, how to ski there. Now let’s see how they are realized in practice.
Last season, the Val di Fiemme track drew a lot of criticism when the descent leading to the finish line was solved. Changes were made to the track for the Olympic season.
