‘There are places I want to have aesthetics, but I am not for naturalness’

Selin Genç, who recently came to the screen with the TV series ‘Once Upon a Time in Çukurova’ and returned to Istanbul after four years after saying goodbye to the production that was shot in Adana, was caught in the lenses in Nişantaşı, where she went on a shopping tour the previous day.

NEW PROJECT

Selin Genç, who stated that she will start a film project outside of Istanbul at the end of June, avoided giving details about her role and said, “I took care of the holiday long ago, I will start a film project at the end of June. A project that excites me, we will watch a character from real life. A character that I have never played before. Always. “I wanted to play a real person, an event that happened. We will shoot outside the city,” he said.

It has been learned that the 27-year-old actress will take part in the film about the life of famous folk poet Neşet Ertaş, known as ‘Steppe’s Tempest’, who died in the hospital where she was treated for prostate cancer on September 25, 2012 in İzmir.

“I DON’T GAIN MUCH WEIGHT”

Saying, “I am only at the beginning of the road, I have many dreams. I have goals,” the actor said that he did not gain any weight in Adana, where he stayed for four years, and that his favorite food is liver kebab: Actually, you cannot eat hot food for a certain period of time, your appetite goes down. I’m lucky, I’m not gaining too much weight. My favorite was the liver, it was the first time I ate there. I’ve never tried it for breakfast, because I can’t eat it that early because I like it.

“MAYBE LATER

Selin Genç, who came to the agenda of the tabloids with social media shares after leaving the series, in which she made her name known to large masses with the character of ‘Gülten’, said that the news that ‘Aesthetic wonders came out’, based on her photos from years ago, did not reflect the truth.

Explaining that he did not have aesthetics because mimics are very important in acting, the actor used the following statements:

“I don’t have any aesthetics, actually I have places I want to get done, but maybe later. I don’t touch it because I’m focusing on my career right now and wanting to preserve naturalness. An actor’s face is important, I guess they wouldn’t entrust the role of ‘Gülten’ to me if I had a lot of aesthetics. Because I believe that naturalness is the most important thing. It is important to preserve facial expressions in acting, it is important for emotion. I will not have an operation that will take that away from me.”
