The Turkish Football Federation, Central Referee Board (MHK) removed 13 names from the list while redefining the referee staff in the Super League. Considering both the age limit and the complaints of the clubs, MHK has updated the referees to complete this season.
According to the statement made on the TFF website, the whistle blower in the Super League; Cüneyt Çakır, Ali Palabıyık, Aldulkadir Bitigen, Fırat Aydınus, Bahattin Şimşek, Burak Şeker, Suat Arslanboğa, Hüseyin Göçek, Mert Güzenge, Tugay Kaan Numanoğlu, Alper Ulusoy, Halis Özkahya were removed from the list. Özgür Yankaya will only serve as a VAR referee.
