The World Heritage Committee will soon decide whether 27 WW1 sites in Westhoek will become UNESCO world heritage sites

Both countries submitted the dossier five years ago, with 27 sites in the Westhoek. But the World Heritage Committee did not give the green light, because of the war aspect.
