The United States came out hot in the Under-20 World Cup game against Finland on Sunday. Finland won the game 4–3.

The match was only decided in overtime. Tuomas Uronen was the decider for the Young Lions. The USA got six two-minute ice-outs, and the team got hot anyway and often yelled at the referees after the situations.
