The American embassy in Kiev will continue to work after the departure of US civil servants, follows from statements on the State Department website.
“The US Embassy in Kiev continues to operate, and Charge d’Affaires Christina Quinn remains in Ukraine,” a senior State Department official said.
The State Department also recommended not to travel to the country because of the “increased threat of Russian military action.”
