Crypto artists reinterpret cover art
As per the Die Drei ??? . Media artists from the German NFT scene reinterpreting the illustrations include Marco Mori, Max Schwugier, Stefan Große Halbuer, Ghozt, Andreas Preis and Rabea Senftenberg. These artists have already released NFTs on The Three ???s and the Double, The Three ???s and the Dangerous Inheritance, The Three ???s and the Dancing Devil, The Three ???s and the talking skull” and “The Three ??? and the Carpathian Dog” were released.
The first two drops have already taken place
The first drop took place on September 7th, the second on September 13th. In the course of this, five cover illustrations were published as a limited “Collectors Edition” and three of them as a single piece “Golden One”. The “The three ???” NFTs can be bought on the twelve x twelve marketplace. As Sony Music Entertainment Germany explains on its “Die Drei ???” website, the NFTs can easily be purchased with a credit card, so that buyers do not necessarily have to rely on cryptocurrencies. Interested parties do not have to worry about transaction fees either, because these are taken over by twelve x twelve. The Collectors Edition NFTs can be purchased through a standard purchase process, while the Golden One NFTs are offered through an auction. So while the Collectors Edition NFTs are available at a fixed price of 30 euros, the price of the Golden Ones varies.
“The three ???” in the age of NFTs, Metaverse and Web3
Sony Music Entertainment Germany explains its step with the “The Three ???” NFT collection as follows: “We have already arrived in a new digital age around NFTs, Metaverse and Web3. Whether digital art, digital music or digital community – digital assets do not stop at the big, exciting world of radio plays. We are therefore proud that we are implementing the first NFT campaign for Die Drei ??? together with twelve x twelve. The iconic cover artwork by Aiga Rasch has has always been of great importance and shaped generations. We are all the more excited about the reinterpretation of the cover artworks with unique artists.”
After only five different reinterpretations of the cover illustrations have been published as NFTs on the twelve x twelve marketplace, fans of “The Three ???” look forward to numerous other new digital creations.
