The police detained a suspect in the arson of the second Lenta hypermarket in Tomsk in a week, informs Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Tomsk region.
After interviewing eyewitnesses and examining the CCTV footage, the police identified a suspect in the arson of the store. It turned out to be a local resident born in 1994.
“Currently, he is being delivered to the territorial police department for investigation. Police officers continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident, the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved, ”the ministry said in a statement.

Earlier, there was a fire in the Lenta hypermarket on Elizarovykh Street in Tomsk. According to a representative of the retail chain, the buyer set fire to the pyrotechnics department – CCTV cameras recorded this moment.
