The 50th season of Survivor is currently underway in the United States. In the new season, 24 contestants who are familiar from previous seasons will compete.
The so-called “Zoom alliance” has become a topic of conversation in the new season. Voted out of the program Kamilla Karthigesu opens up about it of Page Six in the interview. According to the reality TV star, the four contestants would have agreed on the union before filming in a Zoom call.
According to Karthigesu, the alliance includes Jonathan Young, In Stephenie LaGro, Chrissy Hofbeck and Colby Donaldson. Tähti says in the interview that he only heard about the alliance during filming. The matter attracted attention, as Young, LaGrossa and Hofbeck together voted Karthigesu out of the program.
– There was a small hint, but I decided to ignore it, Karthigesu commented.
He says that Donaldson would have admitted the matter to another contestant on set.
After the filming, more information about the alliance came out.
– It turned out that they were not on Zoom. They were just normal calls because someone from the alliance told me a lot about them, says Karthigesu.
It has been falsely claimed in the public domain that Joe Hunter would have been part of the coalition. However, Karthigesu refutes the claim.
The new season is not yet available to watch on Finnish television channels. The host of the season is, as usual, Jeff Probst. The 46th season of the series is currently running on the MTV3 channel.
