We are talking about an incident that occurred on the night of January 31 to February 1 in the service parking lot of the 37th police department in the west of St. Petersburg. The conflict occurred between the 24-year-old criminal investigation officer Alena Yudina and two traffic police officers – Alexander Kolesnikov and Dmitry Perenyuk.
The girl made a remark to the men, after which she entered the building. The inspectors caught up with her and demanded to submit documents, threatening to draw up a report on the girl about insulting a traffic police officer in the line of duty. The operative refused and pushed Kolesnikov away. He pushed her back, causing her to hit the wall. Then the inspector knocked Yudina to the floor face down and jerked her hands behind her back. The victim was diagnosed with a closed fracture of the left humerus.
All three participants in the conflict were fired from the Ministry of Internal Affairs due to actions “incompatible with the title of an employee” of the department and “discrediting grounds”.
The Investigative Committee opened a case against a 34-year-old traffic police inspector. He is charged with an article on the commission by an official of actions that clearly go beyond his powers with causing grave consequences (paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code). She faces up to ten years in prison. The inspector was arrested.
