The public prosecutor’s office asks for five years of ineligibility for Le Pen and four years in prison

The French public prosecutor’s office on Tuesday demanded a five-year ban on Marine Le Pen from holding public office, a four-year prison sentence (three of which are conditional) and the option to serve the remainder under house arrest with an electronic ankle bracelet, along with a fine of 100,000 euros.
