The price of an owner-occupied home is rising fastest (more than ten percent) in Groningen and Drenthe

Groningen and Drenthe are leaders when it comes to the price increase of existing owner-occupied homes. In Groningen, it was 10.9 percent more expensive in the third quarter of this year than in the same quarter a year earlier. Drenthe followed with 10.3 percent. This is evident from research by Statistics Netherlands and the Land Registry.
