1) Loaf bread.
2) Almond butter
cashew butter
spreadable cream with cocoa and hazelnuts
vegan cheese
marmalade.
3) Banana
stir-fried apple or pear
avocado
berries.
4) Almonds
nuts
hazelnuts
pecans
cashews
pistachios.
5) Sunflower seeds
poppy seeds
pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
flax seed
hemp seeds.
Choose an ingredient from each of the five groups and create your own delicious toast!
