Kela announced the technical malfunction on its website after four in the afternoon. A little before five, Kela said that the pages were working again.

– The purpose of the new website is to improve the shopping experience and support online shopping. With that, kela.fi will be able to implement reforms that will improve the site’s usability and accessibility, the release said.
