NHL discipline kicked off the New York Islanders star striker Mathew Barzalille $ 2,500 fines.
Barzal had to pay for his bullying in a game in Toronto on Sunday that targeted Superstar Starle Leafs Mitch Marner.
Marner waited for the puck in front of the Islanders substitution when Barzal saw the opportunity come. Canadian Barzal grabbed Marner’s shirt and was unable to let the Toronto striker leave.

Marner was asked what he thought of Barzal’s trick.
– It was a funny thing. He’s a good friend of mine as well as a tough competitor, and it’s always nice to play against him, Marner chuckled.
Spittin’s ‘Chiclets’ podcast, for example, twisted the joke of tearing Barzal down, noting that the Islanders were trying their best to get themselves into the playoffs.
The Playoffs will only be a dream come true for the Islanders this season.
