In the summer of 2023, Heikki Silvennoinen filmed the new Mökkinaapurit series with Kummeli stars.
The Cottage Neighbors series was announced earlier this winter. The series was filmed in the summer of 2023. Four
Actor and musician Heikki Silvennoinen died on December 18. Silvennoinen was best known Cuckold– as the creator and actor of the series.
Nelonen channel announced in November 2024 that Cuckold– group has a new TV series coming out Kammeli presents: Cottage neighbors.
Cottage neighbors was filmed in the summer of 2023 and it is planned to start in the Ruutu service later in the spring of 2025.
Iltalehti reached the producer responsible for the series Tea Panula to comment on the series.
– There is shock and sadness going on here. Nothing has been considered yet. Now we focus on the relatives getting peace of mind. This was shocking news, Panula says over the phone.
The Kummeli group has also made several different series in the 21st century. Antti Nikkanen
Cottage neighbors-series is described in the announcement as follows:
– Kammeli presents: Cottage neighbors is a comedy series developed by Finland’s hardest comedy team, the center of which are the actual experts in camping, the elementary school teacher couple Perttu and Satu Järvinen enjoying their long summer vacation. These teachers take care of their summer cottage with love and are interested in everything and everyone’s affairs.
Timo Kahilainen plays Perttu Järvi and Pirjo Heikkilä plays Satu Järvi. Their cottage neighbors are Veijo and Maippi Kardaani. Heikki Silvennoinen played the role of Veijo in the series, while Mari Perankoski plays Maippa.
