The Netherlands sets expensive return bonus Mongolians Stop after a large crowd

In the past year and a half – apparently out of nowhere – about 600 Mongolians at the IOM applied for a ‘return bonus’, which can amount to 2600 euros per person. The year before, only 33 Mongolians reported. Migration minister Van Weel says that there are signals of ‘improper use’ and will stop the scheme for the time being.
