The Netherlands is arguing with Russia about a crucial condition to be able to indict Russia at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) for the shooting down of flight MH17. On Wednesday, the Netherlands tried to convince the Court that Russia was in charge in eastern Ukraine and can therefore be held responsible. Russia vehemently denies that.
