The official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry has been inaccessible for more than an hour. According to representatives of the ministry, the problems are caused by “poor quality work of technical services.”
As of 18:07 Moscow time, when trying to access the official resource of the Russian diplomatic department, an error occurs. “The site has not been working for an hour, the reason is poor-quality work of technical services,” they explained TASS representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stopped working at about 17:00 after the publication Moscow’s response to US Ambassador John Sullivan on the issue of security guarantees.
The document noted that “the American side did not give a constructive response to the basic elements of the draft treaty prepared by the Russian side with the United States on security guarantees.”
