The mid-winter seasonal delicacy has conquered the Finns: “They blew up the bank”

Blini weeks have established their place in Finland. Blini season is at its hottest again, it’s January after all. Blinis have entered the Finnish food culture to stay, and today they can be found on the menu of numerous different restaurants. Blinis have been served at Restaurant Lasipalats since the end of the 90s. When the restaurant opened with its current concept in 1998, the menu was based especially on Finnish cuisine and seasonal products.
