Most of the restaurant workers have encountered inappropriate behavior. Tell us what annoys customers’ activities.

Customers make the waiter’s work nice – or at worst pain. Customers can also, without understanding, with their rude bumps and unreasonable requests to cause anger for the customer service service.
In 2023, the PAM membership survey revealed that 70 % of those working in tourism restaurant and leisure services have been faced with harassment or other inappropriate use from clients.
Such behavior may include, for example, constant criticism, mocking, sexually hinting gestures and speeches, and offensive behavior of customers.
In July Facebook postwho highlighted the inappropriate behavior of the workers.

Entrepreneurs say that the last time they had been comforted by the summer workers, after the previous one, had been comforted by a two -woman rage attack who would have wanted to pay by the card, even though there was little exchange money.
