Ismaël Koné fibula and tibia fractured in the World Cup match against Qatar when Assim Madibo tackled the Canadian midfielder early in the second half.
After the situation, Koné’s leg hung in such an unnatural position that Madibokin, who received a red card, was shocked by what he saw. After the match, he went to the Canadian locker room to apologize for the tackle.

– He will be fine. We got him good doctors. “He’s got a big future ahead of him and he’s a big part of everything we’re going to do,” Marsch said.
