One of the daughters stopped talking to her mother for 21 years because she did not understand how she had made the decision to return to her father after everything that had happened, and it was not until six months before her death that they both made contact again, on a recommendation the psychological one who is still treating her. In addition to beatings and contempt, the daughters were also continually harassed by the father’s insults.

The minor did always maintain constant contact with her due to the fear that what happened that afternoon would finally happen.

The two sisters reported that the mistreatment was continuous and they had to call the National Police almost every day but the agents could not do anything because the woman refused to file complaints and they were prevented from accessing the house.

The victim lived for years in a situation of panic and received beatings and mental and physical abuse for any reason, as was revealed in the trial. The daughters referred to the defendant as “a real monster & rdquor ;, “a despicable being & rdquor; and a abuser habitual & rdquor ;.

During his statement on the first day, the man denied that he had stabbed the woman and only acknowledged one of the seven wounds, but he assured that it originated from the fall of both of them when they were struggling in the patio.
