The Prison Surveillance Court 2 of Catalonia has withdrawn the third prison degree to the former administrative director of the Palau de la Música Jordi Montull accepting an appeal from the Prosecutor’s Office.
In a car consulted by Europa Press, the judge has estimated the appeal of the Prosecutor’s Office that asked to revoke the semi-liberty that the Generalitat granted him in September because he considered it premature.
Montull is sentenced to seven and a half years in prison the Palau case and entered the Brians 2 prison (Barcelona) in June 2020, once his sentence was confirmed by the Supreme Court (TS).
