The Jane band’s butterfly hit is now 20 years.

– Some may have a preconceived notion that we are made a product. Of course, we wouldn’t have found each other without competition, but it is up to ourselves whether we really deserve a place in the music world.

This is how Tea Hiilloste described his Jane band for Iltalehti in 2005. Butterfly-It’s hit. It’s been 20 years now.

The band started their careers with four, but the rows became very fast. Laine was pregnant already during the Popstars and was on maternity leave shortly after the program.

The band received a recording agreement in the spring of 2005. The debut album, released in March 2005 Surveillance and Butterfly took the hearts of the people.

At the time of the recording agreement, Laine also returned to the band. Back in the summer, Jane was touring the gigs in some of the gigs. In some gigs, he shone with his absence.

In the fall, there was a significant turn in the band when Laine left the band. Ilta-Sanomat Laine said she wanted to sing in English and something other than pop. This was not possible in Jane’s ranks.

The band continued as trio and tried their wings the following year in the Finnish Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 VIP and Side effects with the songs. The band finished fifth in the race, while Lordi took the race, eventually brought to Finland a visa victory.

In the same year, the band released another album. While the debut album still rose to the top ten, the second album VIP was no longer successful in the same way. Its best investment on the official album list was 17.

Shortly after the visa, Jane’s way was completely hit. After that, the charcoal made a solo career, for example, a successful Girls likes -time by the power and plunged Kids Top 20 program. Since then, charcoal and other Jane members have remained public for years.
