The government is sticking to plans with low emission zones: they will no longer be stricter

The Flemish government maintains its intention not to tighten the low emission zones (LEZ) anymore. This was said by Environment Minister Jo Brouns (CD&V) on Tuesday in the Flemish Parliament. However, there has been a critical opinion from the Council of State and the Brussels region has already been rebuffed by the Constitutional Court.
