The government has already released 700 million for Ukraine after pressure from Parliament

The outgoing cabinet is already releasing an additional 700 million euros for Ukraine. In this way, the government is partly meeting the wishes of the House of Representatives. A majority of parliament supported the wish of GroenLinks-PvdA to allocate an additional 2 billion euros for the government in Kyiv. The 700 million is ‘a first step’.
