The French Foreign Ministry said that there are no longer any norms regulating security in Europe

The rules governing security and stability in Europe no longer exist, as arms control pacts are “almost obsolete or irrelevant.” This was stated by French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, reports the Financial Times.

“While Russia demands stability and guarantees, we also demand stability and guarantees. Europe needs guarantees of security and stability. We are ready to discuss it, discuss everything,” said Le Drian.
