The fourth season of “LOL – Last One Laughing” is the most-streamed title in Germany of all time on Prime Video

And not only that: Due to the high streaming numbers, Michael Bully Herbig announced the fifth season of the comedy show on Friday (April 28).

The comedy series “LOL – Last One Laughing”, in which ten comedians are locked in a room and have to make each other laugh, entered its fourth round over the Easter weekend – and managed to match the success of the previous Even surpass relays. According to a report by the PR agency filmcontact, the fourth season of “LOL” is the most-streamed title on Prime Video in Germany and Austria of all time.

Probably also due to the high streaming numbers, Michael Bully Herbig announced the fifth season of the comedy show on Friday (April 28). He said, “High five! And now everyone: Shu shu shu, sha sha sha, the fifth season will be here next year!”. The 54-year-old comedian and director is referring to the appearance of Bastian Pastewka and Anke Engelke as hit stars Mel & Jenny on the show. A clip of the song “Shu Shu Shu” went viral and was viewed more than 14 million times on Prime Video Germany’s social media channels.
