The beloved and missed Emili Manzano, writer and cultural journalist, has written that “the Majorcans no longer know what else we can sell”. It is not about claiming rights or celebrating dignity and pride, but about turning it into a business. Kristin Hansen, the lady of the organization, has said: “You can kiss in Cort and you can make that profitable”. Hansen has also said, with a sympathetic and elevated smile, that the LGTBQI + week should serve so that people from the countryside, who may have never seen one, see with their own eyes what she is and how she is a lesbian. Not only is there an invasion of the country, a crumbling of the culture, but now they treat the Majorcans as backward and antediluvian madmen who will attend the party like someone who goes to a zoo to see exotic specimens. Doesn’t she realize that by saying about the ‘foravilers’ she not only despises them, but also proposes herself as an animal in captivity? Where do you think you live?
