Last year, many of the fans of Sony’s devices followed the information that the company’s new and more efficient PlayStation 5 prostles were leaked to the public. The device eventually arrived in November, though the price was quite high.
Now, interest has already begun to turn to the next PlayStation. When the device sometimes arrives on the market, its name is probably PlayStation 6 as usual.
Instead, it is harder to say anything about the date of publication.
However, former Sony boss Shuhei Yoshida recently gave an exciting interview Gamesbeatsite.

Yoshida worked for Sony for a total of 38 years, of which 31 years went to various PlayStation models. His last working day at Sony was 15 January this year.
In the interview, Yoshida asks that the release rate of new consoles is no longer the same as what it used to be.
It was only five years between the first and second Playstation. The third one was waiting for six years and after the third for the fourth year for seven years.
For Sony, the pace of publishing the equipment has remained two generations in seven years, as it also took so much time between PS4 and PS5 publications.
As the PS5 was released in 2020, the next Sony console could wait two years from the basis of current practice.
However, according to Gamesbeat, Yoshida does not believe in this.
– I have no information about the latest PlayStation, but it [vuosi 2027] I feel a little too early. [––] If the next PlayStation comes in 2028, it would feel right, Yoshida thinks to Gamesbeat.
Yoshida also mentions the information leak that Microsoft took place in September 2023. Based on this, the next Xbox game console would be released in 2028.

The same news Techspot notes that the following PlayStation last month was allegedly leaked. According to the leash, the device’s district plan would already be almost ready to start production.
Known as Kepllerl2, this person has also claimed that Sony is perhaps planning two district plates.
Based on this information, the company might be publishing two PS6 devices, just like Microsoft made Xbox Series S and X.
Techspot points out that another circuit board could also be designed for hand console. Sony has not released a hand console since 2011, when PlayStation Vita received a fairly loud reception.
