The UHasselt will receive two new master’s programs. The Flemish Government has put the light on green for this on the proposal of Minister of Education Zuhal Demir (N-VA). It is about the Masters Social Sciences and Medicine. For the Master’s degree in Medicine, which will start at the earliest in the 2027-2028 academic year, the UHASSELT must collaborate with another university. The Hasselt University had already made an appointment with the KU Leuven.
