In times when almost no fashion collaboration seems impossible, two traditional German brands come together for their first collaboration: Adidas and Rimowa bring out a capsule.
The case design by the LVMH subsidiary Rimowa meets the style of the Adidas Originals line. Two models were created that are manufactured in Germany, the brands announced on Monday. The results are a corrugated aluminum backpack, which is based on the luggage of the Cologne suitcase manufacturer, and the Adidas sneaker “NMD_S1”.
In terms of color, the collection, which celebrates the “spirit of mobility”, relies on khaki, titanium and orange accents. The capsule will be available from November 17th and will cost between 250 euros for the shoes and 1500 euros for the backpack.
