Finnish polar star Elina Lampela27, jumped a great competition at the Oulu GP on Wednesday evening.
Lampela won the race with 460. The only stains in the series came from a height of 473, which Lampela could not cross.
At that point, the best blade of competition had already disappeared.
– It was a bit cold already and the race was pretty long. If there were still others involved, then I might think the performance would have been better. Good thing, however, that I got some kind of company at the last one, Lampela commented after the race.
After the breaking season, a good race at home corners tasted Oulu.
At the end of the competition, Lampela won a $ 1,000 pot to the best athlete in the Oulu GP race.
The home audience takes into account the stars of their own village with a good applause.
– Frankly, a relief feeling, he started.
– I have known that in a way I am in good shape, but it’s different to get the result in the race.
Elina Lampela was second in the Kaleva Games in Espoo. Jenni Gästgivar
The good grips of racing sisters also helped Lampela.
Saga Andersson was the second record of 455 and Wilma Murto Third in its return race with 445.
Competition with Murro, in particular, warmed up.
– It’s quite different when there are several competitors at the same heights constantly. Competition is more comfortable.
What did the burglary look like?
– That is a tough result in ten steps. It looked promising.
Lampela, who has found his own jump, hopes that there will be even more certainty before the Tokyo World Cup.
Lampela could not jump at all in July due to his back injury. After the disorder, he bent his stroke at Kaleva to 415.
– The intention is to jump three more races before Tokyo. Preparation is quite similar to the European Championships in winter. I believe and hope that through the Games, the jump will start to run even better. In training, I rarely jump at full speed, not to mention the race heads.
The Tokyo World Championships will begin exactly one month in September 13th.
