Strange songs appeared on Tiktak’s Spotify account.

Last week, songs created by artificial intelligence appeared under the name of the former hit band Tiktak. Artificial intelligence songs have also been seen by other artists, such as Kotiindustri, which were not made by the artists themselves.
Spotify’s Nordic communications manager Julia Levander says in his email to Iltalehti that the problems have been solved. For Tiktak, one AI song is still visible, but you can no longer listen to it.
– We have processes in place to prevent this, and we use different systems to identify suspicious operators. A rights holder, such as an artist or record label, can directly report suspicious activity to us. We will quickly go through these reports and take action according to the result of the investigation, Levander writes in his message.

Levander says that Spotify has new policies to combat abuse and improper practices.
As for the home industry, the songs have not been removed, at least for now, but they can still be found on the band’s Spotify account and can be listened to.
