In the middle of the welfare project, Myllymaa hears disturbing news.

– There was a stabbing incident at the school that my two oldest children attend today, Myllymaa tells the camera.

On May 20, 2025, a 16-year-old boy attacked three girls under the age of 15 during recess at Pirkkala, Vähäjärvi school.

– The fear you go through as a mother for your children, when you can’t catch them, feels really huge, Myllymaa says on TV.

– When something so terrible happens, that the children are put under such a threat and danger and go through fear themselves, the big questions of life have come up: What is the purpose of this life? What makes you act like that and how can you protect your own children?

He is also concerned about the mental health of young people. The importance of the work of Myllimaa’s own therapist is highlighted by a similar crisis. After the worrying news, the welfare project continued. After eight weeks, Laukka and Myllymaa met again about the results of the project.

Myllymaa’s initial situation worried, among other things, the accumulated fat around the internal organs and the “stuckness” of the metabolism. After the project, Myllymaa described his own feeling as energetic and goal-oriented, but calm.

– I have found ways to support my well-being and on the other hand I have cut some things out of my life. The things that are most central to well-being, i.e. sleep, nutrition, exercise and family, I have given more time to them, he sums up.

He says that the functioning of the stomach has also changed for the better.

Laukka reports that the body composition measurements show that Myllymaa has lost many kilos of fat and the amount of visceral fat has also decreased.

– Wow, it feels important, Myllymaa comments and refreshes the body’s cold shivers.
