The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) receive information about the presence on its territory of foreign private military companies (PMCs), declared Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin on the air of the SolovievLive program.
“There is no official information, but let’s also say: they are present. That is, intelligence declares this, but so far very cautiously.
