The court extended all the bans to the deputy Rashkin

Deputy Valery Rashkin extended the term restrictions apply until March 29. The corresponding decision was made by the Basmanny Court of Moscow, the agency writes. TASS.

Recall that earlier the court forbade the parliamentarian to leave the house from 23:00 to 07:00, communicate with other defendants in the criminal case, use the telephone, mail and Internet, and visit hunting grounds.

On October 29, 2021, law enforcement agencies detained communist deputy Valery Rashkin in the Saratov region. The carcass of a dead moose was found in the trunk of his car, and the parliamentarian himself smelled of alcohol.

The Investigative Committee charged Rashkin under the article “illegal hunting”. A deputy may face a fine of up to 1 million rubles or up to 5 years in prison.
