Expressive silhouettes with power shoulders, luxurious materials and style accents such as flares and fringes: Summum presents its new autumn/winter 2025 collection at Modefabriek on January 26th and 27th.
Timeless adventures
For Fall/Winter 2025, Summum presents a collection of contrasts that organically merge into an inviting mix of styles. Inspiration can be found in the hectic city life on the one hand and in the nostalgia of ranch life on the other. Generous volumes, luxe materials, ’80s power shoulders and fitted accents meet flares and fringes with a ’70s Western vibe. The campaign was photographed on a century-old family ranch in southern Portugal – the perfect backdrop for the collection’s mood.

Strong looks
Powerful silhouettes set the tone. Jackets with shoulder pads, fitted or boyfriend style, complement the ’80s look of oversized shirts, balloon sleeves, statement ruffles and bow collars. A V-neck sweater with batwing sleeves returns in new colors in every delivery. Vests, various bomber jackets and a short trench coat cape are worn over pleated trousers, wide culottes and calf-length skirts in wool check or faux leather. Fringes and flared trousers add a 70s western touch.

Noble materials and colors
The materials are important factors for the luxurious look of the collection. Eye-catchers include a jacquard bomber jacket with teddy sleeves, 70s Afghan jackets with long-haired faux fur and a reversible jacket with leopard lining and intricate embroidery. There are also lurex elements, flowing satin, a foil-coated check, sequins and custom-made brooches on soft knits. Basic colors include ivory, black and various neutral tones, complemented by colors such as grape, purple and misty greens.
