The judicial world was shaken this last week by the viralization of a video of the birthday party of the prosecutor of Comodoro Py Ramiro González, a public official who celebrated his six decades of life with an event in one of the top halls in Buenos Aires. Aires, Rut Haus, on the Costanera. Around 200 guests attended, among whom the Minister of the Court Ricardo Lorenzetti stood out; the judge and candidate to the Court Ariel Lijo; businessman Daniel Angelici; the UCR leader, Emiliano Yacobitti; the former counselor of the Judiciary during the government of Alberto Fernández, Gerónimo Ustarroz, and also the political and judicial godmother of the prosecutor, Judge María Servini.
There was also Guillermo Coppola who, according to those close to the prosecutor, would have been the one who paid for a private show by Cristian Castro, which was even seen on social networks because musicians from the band posted videos of the party on Instagram. This was a key point. The day after the party, screenshots of photos and videos that the guests had published on Instagram stories were already circulating through the corridors of Comodoro Py.
González hired a photo and video service of the party that was later synthesized into a reel of the party that ended up going viral and caused quite a stir. The first publication of the video was on the social network
In the video you can see González celebrating with his mother. His older daughters, who more than a decade ago denounced him for sexual abuse, were not part of the party. Justice dismissed the prosecutor after many twists and turns. The relationship always remained tense until they filed a harassment complaint. The Justice issued a prohibition of approach, but from one day to the next it lifted that measure without giving further details. The latest bad news was received this year in the Domestic Violence Office of the Supreme Court, where they tried to bring their case, but it was dismissed. The daughters, now adults and university students, were left with the certainty that their father belongs to a judicial system that pampers and protects him. That same system that he said was present at his birthday party.
