The Brussels public prosecutor’s office explains why the extradition warrant for the perpetrator of the attack remained outstanding: "None of the colleagues remember what happened to the file”

The Brussels public prosecutor’s office had lost track of Abdesalem Lassoued’s extradition file. Acting Brussels Public Prosecutor Tim De Wolf admitted this during a press conference.
