Smartphone deals during Black Friday week
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G for 529 euros (-12%)
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 from Samsung is a special smartphone that was launched in 2021. Because it can be folded in the middle like previous clamshell cell phones, making it particularly compact. When unfolded, the Infinity Flex-O display has a diagonal of 6.7 inches. It has a resolution of 2640 x 1080 pixels. Google Pixel 6a with Chromecast TV for 349 euros (-32%)
Amazon has an interesting bundle on offer during Black Friday week. Here you can get the Google Pixel 6a smartphone together with the Chromecast TV for 349 euros. This is usually the price that other retailers are currently asking for just the smartphone. The Pixel 6a is the current mid-range smartphone from Google, which offers some of the latest technology. 5G, Wifi 6E, Android 13 with a four-year update guarantee and the Tensor processor developed by Google are just a few of the highlights. The Chromecast TV is the current streaming stick from Google. It normally costs around 49 euros, but the bundle gives it arithmetically for free. The Chromecast TV runs with Android TV and thus allows access to numerous (streaming) apps. It can be controlled both with the supplied remote control and by voice, supports 4K upscaling and Dolby Vision.

The current top smartphone from OnePlus is also cheaper for early Black Friday. Buyers save about 8 percent here compared to the offers of other dealers. The OnePlus 10 Pro was introduced in spring and impresses with a design that clearly focuses on the camera. In addition to a 48-megapixel wide-angle and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, it also offers an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. Android 12 is pre-installed ex works and users do not have to do without IP54 protection against splash water, 5G and Wifi 6. From 2020 comes the Apple iPhone 12 Pro, which Amazon is offering in the 512 GB version for Black Friday for 1259 euros. With its 6.1-inch display, the Pro model is pleasantly large. It has 512 GB of storage in the offered version and is powered by the Apple A14 Bionic. Two 12-megapixel cameras (wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle) are available on the back for photos. Samsung Galaxy A13 for 119 euros (-25%)
A cheap smartphone is available in the Black Friday week with the Samsung Galaxy A13. The device is currently available in the shop from clear mobile for cheap 119 euros without a contract. It usually costs a good 40 euros more. The Galaxy A13 is a smartphone from 2022 and is therefore quite up-to-date. It offers basic but good equipment, the highlights of which include the 5000 mAh battery, the quad camera with 50 megapixel main sensor, 5 megapixel ultra wide angle and 2 megapixel depth sensor and macro lens respectively. The Exynos 850 together with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage ensure fast performance. Android 12 runs at work, which can be secured by fingerprint. For 119 euros, buyers get good equipment at a low price. However, they have to do without 5G and wireless charging.
Find the right smartphone
Since there is an almost endless number of different models with different features, prospective buyers should first consider what they actually expect from their device and how expensive it can be at most before buying a smartphone. Do you attach particular importance to a strong battery, do you want a compact model or do you want a good cell phone camera?
So that you don’t buy a completely outdated Android smartphone for Black Friday, you should pay attention to the following key data when making your choice:
The current operating system version is currently Android 13. However, this system is still pre-installed on relatively few smartphones. Examples include the Pixel 7 (Pro) and the Galaxy S22 models from Samsung. If the smartphone bargain runs Android 12 or Android 11, that’s perfectly fine. However, you should stay away from even older versions such as Android 10 or even Android 9. You can often recognize modern smartphones by their large display with relatively narrow bezels. Manufacturers often use a small notch that leaves room for the front camera. At least one dual camera should be installed on the back of current smartphones. Some devices even come with three, four or five cameras.
Keep an eye on your price limit!
Don’t be tempted by Black Friday offers that are beyond your budget. Even the cheaper smartphones often offer good equipment and can now do a lot.
