For example, weight lifting is often started at a young age. However, it is the parent’s responsibility that training is sensible and versatile.

– It’s just the same, even running. If someone runs 20 kilometers every day, then it may not be very sensible either, Mentula points out.

– We also play football. There are many exercises, but the child is still a child. I only provide training if they themselves want to play.
