Requests and authorizations to film the interior of the Casa Rosada are made exclusively through formal means, by written note. There is no record of that procedure. No note, no authorization. “In the event of indecorous or reckless conduct on the part of the accredited and/or participants that alters the normal functioning of any of the activities and/or facilities of the Government House, the Enforcement Authority may suspend or revoke the accreditation granted and access to it. They signed the document. They knew the rules. They deliberately violated them. The denial is factual and direct: there was no formal authorization, they secretly recorded in restricted areas and admitted taking a risk.
