The police investigation, which is not under summary secrecy, has no doubts about the authorship of the crime, although it must verify the suspect’s story and try to reconstruct how the events happened emphasizing why the perpetrator of the homicide went to the victim’s home and, above all, why he did so carrying a knife. The agents must also investigate whether the victim also left her home with a knife to meet the friend with whom she had become angry.
