The abuse case surrounding Johnny de Mol is not over yet in the Netherlands. The court in Amsterdam will consider the Article 12 procedure initiated by his ex Shima Kaes on Thursday, December 12. The court will then try to answer the question of whether there is enough evidence to take De Mol to court, despite the fact that the case was previously dismissed.
