The best restaurant in Finland is Palace from Helsinki.
Restaurant industry professionals voted restaurant Palace as the winner of the 50 best restaurants in Finland list for the seventh time in a row. Second on the list is Basbas, third is Grön and fourth is Jason.
The 50 best restaurants in Finland were ranked in the restaurant voting organized by the online publication Viisi estärna. Editor-in-chief of the publication Eeropekka Rislakki states that there is a bistro mania in power.

– Over the years, however, bistronomy turned into a chef-driven phenomenon, where technical ambition, seasonality, experimentation and tasting menus raised the level – and the prices.
