The American investment company Bain Capital takes a majority stake of 55 percent in House of HR, a European temping giant from West Flanders. Bain Capital is said to have paid 2.5 to 3 billion euros for the group. At the head of House of HR is Conny Vandendriessche (59): for a long time in the shadow of co-founder Philippe Cracco, but today a shining example for business women.
